Todd Braley and Daniela D'Ambrosio met
while working under Chef Terence Feury atThe Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia.
Todd graduated with honors from The Restaurant School and
has honed his knives at Bliss Restaurant, The ACE Club and most recently worked under Chef Daniel Stern
. Todd was the Chef de Cuisine of Copper Bistro a popular BYOB in Northern Liberties.
Daniela schooled at New England Culinary Institute
in Montpelier Vermont and arrived in Philadelphia by way of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Las Vegas, Nevada
where she worked under Chef Michael Mina at Aqua in the Bellagio.
The two have left their positions to open The Pickled Heron, a
French inspired bistro in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia where they reside with their dog, Mrs. Jones. They are also
working on their first cook book, Two Chefs Dating.
