Cucumber Lime Randy
(Ricky's brother)

2 oz gin
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 sprig mint
5 slices cucumber
4 oz club soda

Shake gin, lime juice and mint together with copious amounts of ice until frothy. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber.
